Technical highlights:
1. High-strength plates are used in key stress-bearing parts, the pin shaft uses 40 chromium-molybdenum and 27 silicon-manganese materials, and the oil cylinder uses domestic high-quality combined seals;
2. The compact arm head and arm tail design makes the arm frame overlap length the longest, thereby extending the service life of the crane;
3. The telescopic rod head adopts an integral structure with higher strength, and the pipeline uses a global general high-pressure pipe with strong pressure resistance; the slewing mechanism realizes 360° connection, which is easy to operate and has a long service life;
4. The hydraulic system adopts a full-pressing axle car to protect the steel structure of the entire crane from damage. The winch has low noise, fast lifting speed, stable and reliable, high efficiency, and low heat generation;
5. The wire rope is a multi-strand fine wire anti-rotation type with high strength and good flexibility, which is more stable and reliable;
6. The rubber automatic welding process is adopted to reduce joints and cold welding problems; the boom has pentagonal and octagonal structures, with excellent tensile and torsion resistance;
7. Producing truck mounted cranes that are ISO9001 2015 certified and supporting OEM and ODM. From raw materials to finished products, CNS has a strict inspection system and "never compromise on quality" is the basic principle.
